Shipping & Delivery
Every order is prepared with care and shipped from our partner warehouses. Here is exactly what to expect.
Delivery times
- Spain & Portugal: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days.
- United Kingdom, United States & Canada: 10–18 business days.
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days.
Times are measured from the moment your order is dispatched (typically 1–3 business days after purchase). Larger items and personalized pieces may need extra preparation time — you will see this on the product page before checkout.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Free standard shipping on orders over €50 to Spain and continental Europe.
- Customs duties for non-EU destinations, when applicable, are paid by the recipient.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. If you have not received it within 4 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@petoralux.com.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, reach out and we will open a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or refund it in full.
