By placing an order on PetoraLux you agree to the terms below. They are written to be clear and fair.
The shop
PetoraLux is an online shop selling curated pet products. Orders are processed via Shopify and shipped from our partner warehouses.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in your local currency, taxes included where applicable.
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, processed securely by Shopify Payments.
- Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on our Shipping page. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel the order, but we will always help you track it.
Returns and refunds
Our return policy is described on the Returns page. It complies with EU consumer law: you have at least 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, and we extend this to 30 days for added peace of mind.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering products that match the description on the site. Indirect damages or damages caused by misuse of a product are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and EU consumer regulations. Any dispute can be submitted to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.
